Putting our money where our mouth is – meet Lime-Circle’s own ETA boiler…

If you read through our case studies, you’ll notice that we prefer to install ETA boilers. We know them, we understand them, the components are second to none, we hardly ever get called back to them because they’re faulty… They are, in our opinion, the best, most efficient biomass boiler out there. So when it came to establishing our own exciting new wood chip supply business, there was only one natural choice of boiler to power the whole shebang: ETA.

Time and time again our highly trained service engineers have been called out to mend ailing biomass boilers with problems caused by poor and inconsistent fuel. We saw an opportunity to both improve the lifespan, performance and RHI potential of our customers’ boilers and to save ourselves time on unnecessary call outs. We’re delighted to announce that we can now supply our customers with top quality, well-priced wood chip in 1 to 22 tonne deliveries.

Lime-Circle’s brand new, state of the art facility is nestled in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir, with capacity to produce 6500 – 7000 tonnes of top quality wood chip. Our two ETA 200kw wood chip boilers heat a massive drying floor, gently and consistently reducing the moisture content of each chip to between 25% and 30%.

The two boilers’ online control systems mean that all fans, valves and pumps can be wirelessly controlled from anywhere in the world, meaning we can effectively operate around the clock.

We’re really excited to say that we can now design, install, service and supply the fuel for our customers’ biomass boilers – it was a very logical next step for the business and one that’s hit the ground running!
